Happy Terrific Tuesday!

I hope everyone is enjoying this spring sunshine! It was another beautiful day

French: We started the day with Mlle. Jessica. Please see her blog at http://mllehousja.blogspot.com

Math: Today students learned how to complete subtraction problems using a place value mat. They then checked their answers using the column subtraction method, which included borrowing.
Daily 5: Students learned about our new learner profile of the month 'caring. We read the book 'The Kissing Hand' and brainstormed what the term meant and how we can show ways to be caring inside and outside the classroom.
We also had our last invention summative presentation from Arya who was absent the day of presentations! We loved listening to your invention and Miss. Gandy could really use that in her house!
Inquiry into Language:Today we read chapters 23-24 of our novel study ‘Charlie and The Chocolate Factory’ and students answered comprehension questions about what they had read.
Gym: Please see Ms.Yustin’s blog at https://sjaayustin.blogspot.com
