Math:Today we wrote our post assessment on our unit about time, temperature and money. The students showed me everything the learned throughout this unit.
Inquiry into Language: Students focused on writing a proper journal entry called ‘The Day my Snowman Ran Away’. We reviewed that a journal needs a date, introduction sentence, sentence starters such as fist, then, next and lastly and the proper punctuation. We brainstormed our ideas before we started writing our journal. Children were encouraged to use detailed sentences!

Unit of Inquiry: Students continued working on organizing and colouring their items they decided to pack in their suitcases. We reviewed our needs and wants and the differences between them.

Thank you to my teacher helper Aarav; you are always such a great help!

Have a wonderful evening, Miss Gandy J
