Happy Tremendous Tuesday!
Reading Buddies: Today we had a visit from our reading buddies in Ms. Foti’s class. We read a passage together, retold the story and went over the author’s purpose. Then we had to give reasons to support our reasoning on the author’s purpose.

Gym: Please see Ms. V’s blog at https://msvphysed.blogspot.com

Math: Today we had to flip a two sided coin 15 times and record what colour it landed on by using tallies. Then we put the data into the bar graph. They labeled the graph with a title and we went over what each axis represents. They also answered questions and interpreted the information about what they collected.
Inquiry into Language: Today we read chapters 7, 8 and 9 of our novel study ‘Charlie and The Chocolate Factory’. Then students answered comprehension questions about what they had read.

French: Please see Mlle. Jessica’s blog at http://mllehousja.blogspot.com

Agenda:
1. Read 15 minutes
2. Work on book retell
3. Bring back re-registration package
4. Spelling test Friday
5. Selling sentences due Friday
6. Bring in food for market

Unit of Inquiry:  Today we continued creating our posters and signs for our market on Thursday and Friday! Each group worked on their sign for the table and added pictures for more detail! We are getting very excited!

Have a wonderful evening,

Love, Miss Gandy
